Nike Golf Camps made the announcement last month to partner with Sam Houston State Head Coach, Brandt Kieschnick, to host junior camps in Huntsville, Texas. Junior golfers from across the Lone Star State have the chance to experience life on campus at SHSU and play at Raven Nest Golf Club for a week of golf instruction from Division I coaches and players.

After playing professionally for several years, Coach Kieschnick took the reins in 2012, leading the Bearcats to win consecutive Southland Conference Championships.
“I am really excited to host a Nike Golf Camp at Sam Houston State University and provide junior golfers a great instructional atmosphere. We’re looking forward to a fun summer program!” stated Coach Brandt Kieschnick.
Raven Nest Golf Club is tucked away in the woods just outside the university, making it a great collegiate home course and camp location.
The camp is available for players ages 10-18, accommodates all skill levels, and runs from June 12 – 16, 2016. The overnight program includes all golf instruction, course play, meals, housing and evening activities. A commuter option from 9:00am – 5:00pm is offered to local golfers, which includes golf instruction, lunch and course play.
