School Send-Off Honors College Park Team
The Woodlands, TX — College Park High School's Cavaliers cross country team received a spirited send-off from students and faculty on Thursday as they prepared to compete in the UIL State Cross Country Championship in Round Rock, Texas, on Friday, November 1, 2024.
Excitement filled the halls as classmates, teachers, and staff lined the corridors to cheer the boys' team, who walked through the school in uniform. The girls' cross country team joined in, showing their support and rallying for the team as they exited the campus. Family members were waiting outside with signs, banners, and well-wishes, gathering for a final send-off and posing with the team before departure.
The team heads to Round Rock with strong support from the College Park community, which will be cheering them on from afar as they represent their school at the state level.
