College Park Students Shine at National Educators Rising Competition

Two Students Earn Top Honors in Washington D.C.

College Park, TX - Two students from College Park High School achieved top placements at the National Educators Rising Competition held in Washington D.C.


From June 28th through July 1st, two Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) students from College Park High School, led by teacher Shannon Hall, competed in the national event at the Marriott Marquis.

Ofelia Lozano placed first with her children's book written in Spanish, and Emma Veach secured second place for her lesson plan and delivery.


These achievements highlight the exceptional talent and dedication of College Park’s future educators.
