Being involved in Interact and Rotary provides an opportunity to serve others. In doing so, you may not realize it at the time, but you’re also shaping and enriching yourself. - Rotary Club President Denton Florian

Interact Clubs from College Park High School, The Woodlands High School, The John Cooper School, and iSchool High – The Woodlands were represented at the event. Each club’s president provided updates on their community service projects, highlighting recent accomplishments and upcoming initiatives. Executive board members and faculty sponsors from each school also attended.
The Rotary Club and the Interact Club share a mentor-mentee relationship, where the Rotary Club serves as the sponsoring organization that provides guidance, resources, and leadership opportunities for high school students involved in Interact. Through this partnership, Rotary helps students develop leadership skills, plan service projects, and connect with local and international volunteer efforts.

Rotary members commended the students for their commitment to service. The event underscored the long-standing partnership between Rotary and Interact, reinforcing Rotary’s role in fostering youth leadership.
The luncheon celebrated the impact of young volunteers in the community. The Rotary Club of The Woodlands plans to invite additional Interact Clubs from the area for similar recognition before the end of the school year.
